Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-11-07
§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all contracts for the use of Orrevan between Endemine OÜ (the “Provider”) and its users. Deviating terms of users do not apply.
§ 2 Service
The Provider offers a web interface through which users can use third-party AI language models. Answers are generated automatically by artificial intelligence (AI-generated content within the meaning of Art. 50 of the AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). Users interact with an AI system and not with a human. The models offered intentionally have few content filters. The Provider does not owe any particular quality, accuracy or completeness of the answers. Answers do not replace legal, medical, tax or other professional advice.
§ 3 Account
Use requires an account. Users must be at least 18 years old, provide truthful information and keep their login details secret.
§ 4 Credit, prices and payment
- Usage is charged against credit topped up in advance (prepaid).
- The cost per request depends on the tokens used and the prices shown for the model. All prices are gross prices (incl. statutory VAT).
- Payment is processed by Mollie. Credit is added once the payment has been received.
- Top-ups are possible in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). The balance is kept in USD because model prices are charged in USD. For payments in euros, the amount is converted at the current reference rate of the European Central Bank. The USD amount credited is shown before payment and is fixed when payment starts. Refunds are made in the currency and at the rate of the respective top-up.
- Credit does not expire and bears no interest. Cash payout is excluded, statutory claims remain unaffected.
- If the cost of a single answer exceeds the remaining credit, the balance may become slightly negative. The amount is offset against the next top-up.
§ 4a Monthly plan (optional)
- In addition to one-time top-ups, users can subscribe to a monthly plan. It is a recurring top-up with bonus credit, not a flat rate. The cost per request stays the same.
- Tiers (price per month and credit per month, each in the chosen currency EUR or USD): Plus 10 for 12, Pro 25 for 31, Max 50 for 62.50. All prices are final prices (incl. statutory VAT).
- The first amount is paid on subscribing, then every month on the same day via Mollie (card, PayPal or direct debit, depending on the payment methods offered). After each payment, the amount paid plus the bonus is credited. For payments in euros, the ECB reference rate on the day of the charge applies.
- The plan runs monthly with no minimum term and renews until cancelled. It can be cancelled at any time without notice, including via the button “Cancel contracts here” (page Cancel plan). Cancellation takes effect immediately, nothing more is charged.
- Credit from the plan does not expire, not even after cancellation. Bonus credit is a voluntary extra and is not paid out.
- If a payment is charged back or refunded, the amount paid and the related bonus are deducted again. If two charges fail in a row or a payment is charged back, the plan ends.
- A change of tier applies from the next charge.
§ 4b Referral program
- Every account receives a personal invite link with a code (page Invite friends). The code can only be entered when registering a new account, not afterwards.
- As soon as the new account has paid at least 10 USD or 10 EUR via Mollie for the first time and both email addresses are verified, the inviting and the invited person each receive 2 USD bonus credit. Bonus credit is a voluntary extra and is not paid out.
- The inviting person receives at most 20 rewards per calendar month. The invited person receives their bonus even beyond that.
- If the first top-up is refunded, withdrawn or charged back, the bonus is forfeited for both and deducted again.
- Excluded are self-invitations (for example second accounts), spam and misleading advertising. In case of abuse, the Provider may block the referral and take back bonus credit granted.
- The Provider may change or end the program for the future. Claims already fulfilled remain unaffected.
§ 4c Automatic top-up (optional)
- Users can set up an automatic top-up on the Credit page. If the balance falls below a threshold of their choice (1 to 100 USD), the chosen amount (2 to 500, in EUR or USD) is charged via Mollie without further confirmation and credited once payment has been received. It is not a flat rate, the cost per request stays the same.
- By setting it up, the user authorises charging their payment methods stored with Mollie (card, PayPal or direct debit) for these top-ups. Up to 3 payment methods can be chosen in an order. If a charge fails with one method, the next one is tried immediately.
- Safety limits: at most 3 top-ups within 24 hours and only one open payment at a time. The user receives an email after each top-up. If the charge fails 2 times in a row with all payment methods or a payment is charged back, the automatic top-up is switched off.
- The automatic top-up can be switched off at any time without notice on the Credit page. Stored payment methods can be deleted there. Credit does not expire. For refunds and chargebacks, § 4a applies accordingly: the amount charged back is deducted from the balance.
§ 5 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the withdrawal policy. Before every top-up, the consumer expressly requests that the service starts immediately. On withdrawal, unused credit is refunded and used credit must be paid for. The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the credit of the top-up has been fully used. Withdrawal is possible at any time via the function “Withdraw from contract here” on the withdrawal page. For the monthly plan, the right of withdrawal applies to the subscription and the first payment. On withdrawal, the plan ends, unused paid credit is refunded and the bonus credit is forfeited. For the automatic top-up, the express consent to immediate performance given when setting it up applies to every automatic top-up. Each automatic top-up is a separate top-up within the meaning of this section.
§ 6 Obligations of users
Users agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes. In particular, the following is prohibited:
- creating or distributing depictions of sexual abuse of children or minors,
- planning or supporting crimes, violence or terrorism,
- violating personality rights, copyrights or trademark rights of third parties,
- fraud, phishing, malware or attacks on IT systems,
- automated mass requests or attempts to circumvent the service's protection mechanisms,
- publishing AI-generated texts, images or videos that appear real (for example deepfakes) without labelling them as AI-generated, where Art. 50 of the AI Act requires this.
Users are responsible for their inputs and for how they use the answers.
§ 7 Moderation, suspension and complaints
The Provider does not read conversations and does not filter inputs automatically by content. It reviews specific reports of violations of § 6, for example via the support form or by email to contact@orrevan.com. In case of a proven violation, the Provider may, depending on severity, issue a warning, restrict individual features or suspend the account temporarily or permanently. The user receives a statement of reasons unless an authority prohibits this. The user can file a complaint against such a decision within six months via the support form. It is reviewed by a human. In case of permanent suspension, unused credit is refunded unless the Provider has claims for damages. Point of contact for authorities and users under Art. 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act): contact@orrevan.com, languages German, English and Estonian.
§ 8 Availability
The Provider strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party models may be changed or discontinued.
§ 9 Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under mandatory product liability rules. In case of slight negligence, it is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded.
§ 10 Term and termination
The contract runs for an indefinite period and can be ended at any time by deleting the account. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected. For the monthly plan, § 4a applies, it can be cancelled at any time independently of the account. Deleting the account automatically ends a running plan.
§ 11 Final provisions
The law of the Republic of Estonia applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation). Consumers can sue in the courts of their country of residence and can only be sued there (Art. 18 Brussels Ia Regulation). For businesses, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Tallinn, Estonia (Harju Maakohus).
The contract languages are German and English. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The contract text is not stored separately, these terms are available on this page at any time. If any provision is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
In case of disputes, consumers can contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA, www.ttja.ee) or the European Consumer Centre of their country.
