Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. Each credit top-up is a separate contract, and the period starts on the day of that top-up. For the monthly plan, the period starts on the day you subscribe. You can also cancel the plan itself at any time without notice here.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Endemine OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia, Email: contact@orrevan.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example an email). The easiest way is the button “Withdraw from contract here” at the bottom of this page. You may also use the model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have informed us of your withdrawal from this contract, compared to the full coverage of the contract. In practice this means: we refund the unused credit of this top-up. Credit already used for requests is not refunded. For the monthly plan, the withdrawal also ends the plan. Bonus credit is a voluntary extra and is forfeited on withdrawal, it is not refunded.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and only started performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (Art. 16(a) Directive 2011/83/EU). This is the case as soon as the credit of a top-up has been fully used. We ask for this consent before every top-up.
